SPB MS 3.5 Backup

Is there a way to back up all my crap (mods, widgets and layouts) for when i flash and re-install mobile shell 3.5?

Launcher, Settings, SPB Mobile Shell, right soft key, backup settings

I used it yesterday and it didn't work for me. I backed it up, changed the theme, and tried to restore - no go. Very possible I screwed something up, but I just didn't want you bank on being able to get your stuff back, just in case. Good luck!
