True Caller ID
You can see who calls you! In case of Windows Mobile phones, one can make programs that are more tightly integrated with the operating system - so program can subscribe for example to incoming calls and handle them properly. In this case: the program is searching the Internet and even if given phone number is not in your local phone book, you can get information about the caller!
Short description from the developer: Below is a list of supported countries. Some info:

Re: True Caller ID
New Version 1.10 just became available. See post #1 for the Link. Built in Reverse Directory Look Up works really nicely. Still testing the Caller ID function. I noticed that my Diamond is not starting up properly but I don't know if it is related to TrueCaller. Issue is that my Diamond shuts down after wake up. It happens intermittently. I just downloaded TrueCaller so I need time to see how it is working with my Diamond. The application takes up 435kb of memory. I downloaded it to my Internal Storage. Does not use any cpu while running. Only uses cpu when it is initiated during a call where it looks up the id. I don't know how much cpu it uses during this period, but it must be very little. I notice that if you tap the native task manager in the upper right hand corner, you can see the app running. If you tap the "x", you can exit and stop the program. With my other runnig .exe's on start up, they are not viewable with the native task manager, but they have an option to start them in the "tray." I don't know if there is a benefit of one over the other, regarding how TrueCaller starts. Maybe someone else can shed some light on that aspect. I personally like it when I start up my Diamond, and I see the little icons during start up, on the bottom tray of the apps that I have running. Again, I don't know if there is a functionality difference in the way an app runs.

I did find an extensive thread over at xda and posted some questions I have. I am awaiting a response. One thing I see is that the app gives the caller info During or After the call is connected while TrueCaller gives the info Before. But the app you mentioned seems to give more extensive info about the caller, which is what I am inquiring about over at the Developer's thread. Here's the link to the thread >> http://www.google.com/m/url?cd=1&cha...uGlP9TKPN1VDig There is another link in the link I posted , as there was a multi page thread previously started to the one above. Re: True Caller ID
Regarding TrueCaller, the stand alone reverse look up works pretty nicely.
I have not tried the caller id function yet. I did notice that my Diamond was acting weird after download. It would shut off on its own, when I went to run a different program, the screen was acting glitchy. Appeared to be a conflict somehow. I deleted TrueCaller and my Diamond was back to normal. I have not downloaded the program since. Coincidence regarding my issues? or conflict with others programs? I didn't keep it long enough to isolate the problem. I will let the Developer know.
