someone please help!

okay well i just got the xv 6700. and i know nothing about this stuff. i really want get some applications and the iphone theme on it. i have downloaded it but i just dont know where to put the file when i plug my phone into the computer. can someone help? all i really want is the iphone theme and aol instant message.
