Calculator...Hmmm
Landscape mode...

Just for giggles I typed in 1000 -15% =

We all know the answer is 850.

Can anyone tell me if they have the same problem I do?

1000-15%=999.85

hmmm.....

hmmm.....
15% is .15, so you're calculator is just fine . You'd have to do 1000 - (1000*.15) if you want to end up with 850.

Depends on the calculator. Using SPBs free calculator app (with custom Vogue skin):



BTW landscape versus portrait should give consistent result, right?

with default calculator just as u did i got 850...the correct calculation.
HTC calculator doesnt have % symbol.

HTC Calculator does have a % symbol. You have to rotate the screen so it is in landscape format.
