Web Cam Feed Software

Anyone know if there is a program or a way to turn your phone into a webcam feed? Where people outside of your network could go to a link and see what is being shown through your camera?

There are similar things available for Windows OS, so there may be a chance for a Windows Mobile solution?

It's a pretty neat app but you have to broadcast it for others to see, it's not a live feed so to speak. Hope this helps!!
