I've used Sprite Backup to restore to the same ROM and to restore to different ROMs. It has some nice options to allow you to be selective in what you restore (or back up).
The only thing I wouldn't recommend is trying to restore across entirely different OS's- for instance, don't try to restore from WM6.1 to WM6.5. |
