I agree that this is sneaky. But I think alot of you are forgetting this is for Windows Mobile phones only. Most people I know are still using regular cell phones, and if they wanna be cool they go with an iPhone. The only other people with PPC would be geeks, and why would you wanna spy on geeks? We all know what we do... Not only that, how would you manage wrestling the phone away from them long enough to install a program. Sneaky? Yes. But the only phone you're going to get this on is your wife/girlfriend, and if you wanna spy on them you have trust issues.

if a chef put this in his/her rom, and you new someone that had said rom then they would be screwed...correct? If my buddy downloaded it then i could erase his internal storage..?!
