Best browser for NFL.com - Iris?

It seems Iris gets preferential treatment (over PIE, even Opera) at MLB.com's mobile site. Maybe it's because Iris comes from Torch, same as Safari, and may be seen by m.mlb.com as an iPhone?

Look at how standings appear in PIE versus Iris:

Okay, you can change browser settings, but the Iris version has 2 columns that m.mlb.com denys PIE, Opera as well. Not too big a deal, but that's just the standings. Where the difference is more of a concern, is for box scores.

Look how box scores appear in Iris versus Opera:

These 2 screen shots are for the same URL, but Iris renders a true box score, while Opera gets treated as if it's some kind of lowly smartphone with a postage stamp screen. Makes me wonder if there's some kind of payola involved. More importantly, I'm hoping there's a genie on this forum who knows how to make MLB.com see my Opera browser as if it's made by Torch. (TIA)
