Facebook app won't show face pix

Hey all.
My new facebook app shows just generic icons rather than the persons picture. My friend has the Touch pro and mobile 6.5 and his works great

My Touch and windows mobile 6.1 aren't showing the pics. Just the icons. Any suggestion?
