Slingbox Mobile problem??

No, but I can't get that far.

When I use the setup assistant, it gets to the "internet viewing" part of the setup & then it messes up when it says it is going to connect to the router.

When the router was new (which was not long ago) it breezed right through that step automatically (& it only took a few seconds) & then everything worked (it never asked what router it was). Now, it is not id'ing the router, it says it needs to be set up manually. I put all the settings in, hit next & then it says the internet viewing did not complete & mobile viewing will not be available (& they're right, it isn't......)
