Yes, and yes. And the website is SLOOOWWW.

Yes. The website IS sloooowww. And you have to leave your info behind. But your invoice reads $0.00 and the site is secure. I have had an account there for years with no probs and I still had to fill everything out again for BT2. But it is a fun app and, for the price, a good deal. Also, once you have an account set up, future upgrades of stuff you buy or get for free seem to be free forever.

Posting the cab won't work. You have to enter your phone's owner info when you register so the app will only work with that specific owner name. Also, just because they are currently giving the app away for free doesn't mean it's freeware or shareware, so posting it here would be a no no.
