It's a little difficult (for me) to do it the default way.

Make your life easier and open the configurator and select the Options tab. Look down where it says "Lng button" and set that to "Digits/NextLayout". Now when you want to switch to numbers you just push the language (EN) button.

i know it might be a "duh" question but trying to troubleshoot your issue.. did you disable sipgt_app.exe in your processes before installing?

I guess thats not a dumb questions cause my answer is no. I asked earlier in this thread how to make it stay on FingerKeyboard after a soft reset and someone said install SIP change. I never read anything about disabling anything before install. I've always used Touchpal and never had a need for SIP change or to disable anything before install.

I dont see sipgt_app.exe. I guess I need to use a different task manager to disable it? And are you refering to disabling it before installing the kb or before installing SIP Change or both?

Like I said I have seen this problem before, but you just answer my questions. Try the Giannis VGA cab in the first post. First uninstall FingerKeyboard, then go into your program folder and delete the Fingerkeyboard files. Soft reset. Now re-install the Giannis cab to your device (main memory). Now run the config and let me know. When installing sip change there should not be a need to disable sipgt_app.exe. Also there may be a conflict between touchpal and finger keyboard trying to both set as default sip.

It was driving me crazy last night. I uninstalled everything I could think of that could cause this conflict and still had the problem. I read this entire 40 page thread. And found that only one other person mentioned my problem (post 260). I hard reset my phone! And I still have the problem. the way you said to do it is how Ive done it. except the disable sipgt_app.exe I've never done and dont know how to do. You said I dont need to disable sipgt_app.exe to install sip change but does that mean I DO need to disable sipgt_app.exe before installing fkb? I didnt install touchpal after hard resetting. The Giannis 408 VGA cab is the one I'm using. I didnt install sip change and have the problem again so its not sip change...
