Im trying to get the weather to work.. Im in Bristol, TN and I cant get it to update at all.. I tried going to http://htc.accuweather.com and tried the weather patch about 3 pages back.. still no luck..

Does anyone know what I should do?

BTW, Alltel 6700 on WM5...

so then have you tried the sdk certifications for your device? or the dll?

I downloaded the sdk cab a few pages back and then ran that on my phone..

Im not sure if I soft reseted or not.. im gonna try that now.

Nope.. nothing.. still "unable to receive data for selected city"...

have you tried the 1.0 beta 6? supposedly that has the dll already implemented.

mean while, im gonna try and find the dll for the apache, you try searchin too.

Hey everybody, just wanted to let you know I released v1.0 Final a few minutes ago. You can download it and/or get the info on all the changes at my website, www.pocketemu.com.

Found N2A's patch:

I used the HTC Home for Windows Mobile 5

Then went into options and changed it to a custom city and custom database again and soft reseted.. works great!!

awesome to hear, you bet - no problem.

of course, i would still recommend using his v1.0 final as that will probably perform better, if you are not already using that.
