that seems very easy but im lost as to what the numbers are symbolizing, do they have any acutal meaning? HERES WHAT HE TYPED...LIL HELP PLEASE LOL

Hey everybody - I just wanted to let everyone know about a cool trick I figured out recently.

I've always wanted to be able to make shortcuts to specific folders on my pocket pc like I do on my desktop. As a person who uses a ton of files in different folders, it would be nice to just click a single button and open up "my documents/articles/may01" folder... without any hassle of launching a program just to get to it.

Here's my new the trick.

On your desktop computer open up notepad and type the following (without the quotes):

"35#\Windows\fexplore.exe \My Documents\Docs"

or "35#\Windows\fexplore.exe \Program Files"

or "35#\Windows\fexplore.exe \" and whatever folder you want the shortcut pointing to (even the storage card!)

After you've typed a single line, ending in the folder you're making the shortcut for - save the file with an ".Ink" extention and stick it on your pocket pc. The file is a shortcut that will work like other shortcuts, except it will directly open the folder you want (using the file explorer).

yeah just copy and paste that into a txt file then save it as whatever.lnk in quotes. Take the quotes out of what he wrote and make sure it's one line.

Yours will look like this:
35#\Windows\fexplore.exe \Windows\Start Menu\Programs\

Yeah, I think that he is aware of that problem and he is working to fix it.

I thought that you just wanted to open the programs folder. Sorry. I don't know how to open the 6.5 start menu (you mean the honeycomb thing right?)
