Will Visual Studio Express create winmobile apps? I haven't looked into wm development much although I've wanted to, because I thought the free version of VS could not create mobile apps. Does anyone know?

I'm learning right now so I don't know

edit: I have a problem. The only free VS I could find is in Spanish. So im gonna need an English one. anyone know where I can find?
