Gwes.exe error when activesync connection is established

Lately gwes has been crashing after an active sync connection is established, then randomly other times, but it seems not to effect anything. I mean, I can turn off error reporting and not know the difference.

I checked my startup folder, nothing seems abnormal. Are things loaded up into windows mobile another way at startup?

I've never had this problem prior to my recent hard reset. The first 3 things I installed after a hard reset was the .net 3.5 framework, the sprint picture mail upgrade, then the sprint arcsoft dll.

Any suggestions?
