Thumbs up [12-15-09]Android CDMA TouchPro: TEXT, TALK, data and wifi(RAPH800) Ported!!!

I CANNOT TEST THIS ANYMORE SINCE NOW I HAVE A TOUCH PRO2.
(I WILL STILL UPDATE THIS POST AS THEY COME OUT THOUGH).

Instructions and download link listed below.

Android Build DATE: [11-22-09]Android 1.6 for HTC Touch Pro (RAPH800)

This Android package is based on the Current phhusson/leobaillard's release from 22.11.2009. I complemented it with my collection of startup.txts and threw in a kernel image for RAPH800 users (just rename it to zimage if you want to use it). phhusson has made modifications to solve two problems related to the MAC address changing and a an issue with the virtual keyboard.

For the mac address to be stable, you must add and option to the cmdline in your startup.txt / default.txt :

wifi.mac=[the_address]

Example: wifi.mac=11:22:33:44:55:66

But please keep in mind that the above example will not work for you as you need to use your actual MAC address. You can find your MAC address by going into the wireless card settings in Windows Mobile.

Installation
1: download the Archive here
2: Remove all previous Android files, if present
3: Copy the contents of the archive to the root of the storage card, if on the Raphael, or to the root of the internal storage if on the Diamond.

4: Go into the startups folder and choose the startup.txt for your
device model and rename it to startup.txt and copy it out to the root folder, overwriting the existing one.

This is not required if you have the RAPH100 (GSM), as the default startup.txt is for the RAPH100 anyways.

5: for TEXT, TALK, CDMA data and wifi on RAPH800 TO WORK, PLEASE download this zip made by makkonen and posted by UTB here AND REPLACE THE ONES IN YOUR STORAGE CARD WITH THEM. and thank MAKKONEN for the contribution!

5: Disconnect the device, launch Haret and enjoy!
