Ebby, is that the new release that came out with android 1.6? I remember running that "flavor" of android on my RAPH800 a few months back and it was still incomplete because of the lack of radio support. |

It's not that I hate windows mobile only, i just hate most Microsoft products. They all seem to be slow, bloated and not innovative in anyway. There is no reason Windows mobile has to be this slow, i mean, i'm not running any apps and its slower than a P1 running vista. Whether it be simply opening the keypad to switch to landscape, or actually loading up and app, i'm constantly waiting. Last edited by protocol6v; 11-09-2009 at 06:06 PM. |

It seems to me that he's boasting about Microsoft in general. Also, how slow his phone is apparently. If you think that all Microsoft products are slow and bloated, why get the phone in the first place? Couldn't you have gotten a BlackBerry? or something else? Have you tried any tweaks?
/conversation about Microsoft back on topic. Anyone seen any new developments for the Diamond yet? The Touch Pro is getting all the hype right now, are our Diamonds already that obsolete?

Our Diamonds is just the same (same speed & 288mb) except no keyboard, flashlight or SD card and 1/2 the flash size, when the Diamond is obsolete so will be the TP. IMHO
I have 2 Diamonds and 2 Touch Pro (1 is broken screen) and I always use my Diamonds, don't like the size of TP for just adding a keyboard really, when have you used the flashlight on the TP? I *RARELY* used it. I think once, and it was not for photo shooting, it was for light! |

Re: [11-5-09] Android for CDMA Touch Pro (RAPH800 and Diamond) Ported!!!
I have tried the pagepool. It did seem to help somewhat, but its still a little doggy. I have had Blackberries, and I got so sick of the little scroll ball, and how it stops working and having to take it out and clean it.
Therefore, not other choice other than a ****ty LG or Samsung. I had the LG, and it burned up(literally), and the Samsung has the worst screen in the world, isn't very customizable and doesn't even have an AIM App. What can I say, I'm just a *****y person. |
