Thanks. Just tried the new version. Still too unresponsive to be useful, IMO, but I will keep checking back as they update.

does anyone have a cab of 1.0.4?? that is the only version that reliably worked on my phone. btw 1.0.13 is out.

Sorry, I only have back to v1.0.8. You might could PM the dev over at xda to see if he still has it.
