Help looking to dial numbers directly from my computer

I have a contact manager running on my computer. It has the ability to dial through TAPI or a Voice Modem. I want to be able to attach my Windows Mobile Phone through either a cable or Bluetooth and dial numbers. Please let me know if there is anything like that.
