Thanks for looking! I'll try them out once I'm back, hopefully I can get them to work!

Re: make your programs load at least 30% faster

I cannot copy some of the exe's from the windows folder (IE HTCAlbum.exe and Opera9.exe). Getting access denied. I've tried using total commander, disabling TF3D and a couple of soft resets with no progress. Any advice?

Rename the files to HTCAlbum.exe.old or Opera9.exe.old. That worked for me.

There is a PPC version of the app where you can actually do the compressing on your phone, but I imagine that it takes longer.

Try it out....

Re: make your programs load at least 30% faster

Sprite backup worked fine for me after compressing about 6-8 apps. Just thought i'd post that in case anyone was wondering.

Tried it out and some of the programs work, some don't. Some for some reason say it is a read only file when it isn't but oh well. Thanks either way, until I get my PC back this will have to do!
