Watching LOST episodes on ABC.com:
Has anyone tried watching LOST on our Touch Pro's using Skyfire or Opera Mobile? I know if you watch on your desktop, it has to launch/install a player, just wondering if this can be done using a mobile browser. Don't want to use SprintTV because they charge a monthly subscription rate for using ABC Mobile.

Re: Watching LOST episodes on ABC.com:
It actually loads a browser extension to work, and its only compatible with your average desktop browser (Windows XP Firefox/IE).
I could be wrong, but I think I've heard it won't work with Safari, and I've never been able to get it working on my Linux box. All things being considered, the fact that they made this so proprietary that people using some desktops can't get it working, its doubtful full WM support will happen anytime soon. Only thing you could perhaps do is log in to your desktop using logmein pro or something that supports sound, and stream it remote-desktop style! I'm guessing quality would pretty much suck like this... |

Re: Watching LOST episodes on ABC.com:
I've tried and have never been able to get it to work. I have resorted to downloading episodes to my SD card instead.

Re: Watching LOST episodes on ABC.com:
they hae a mobile site at m.abc.com which has a written recap of the episodes as well as available clips also, but not full video episodes. That's the best I could find.

Re: Watching LOST episodes on ABC.com:
Yeah it's not going to work... as far as it working with Skyfire they would need to do something on the server end of things to get it to work correctly.
