Help Find Software Please

Well my Google foo sucks and I cant seam to find two applications maybe they don't exists or i can find them thats why im here i was wanting to post this and maybe see if i can get yalls help. I need to find an application that can Do can do Incident Command Systems (ICS) forms for National Incident Command Systems (NIMS). Also i was trying to find sotware that will do National Fire Incident Reporting System (NFIRS) reports.

Well if the forms are in a .doc format you should be able to open them with Word on your phone.

I have found software for my computer that saves most of the data in a database so that incident information is transferred to the next sheet so i dont have to keep copying and pasting lol it gets tedious all the numbers and names lol
