I don't see any major tweaks, mostly minor bug fixes in this beta, I don't think I will bother with it, some people like to keep up on the most recent versions though!! :-)

it works great on htc diamond also on my palm pro...recently uninstalled it my palm pro cause needed to be launch by touching the soft key...couldn't really really enjoy it....on my diamond it was just there...

It is a skinning app for Mobile Shell. It has been out for a while, but it was updated for 3 recently. It allows you to chose backgrounds (custom ones as well), clocks, and icons. It is pretty cool, well worth checking out!! (and free)
