I've tried to add people (personal friends).

Is this strictly for contacts in gmail address book who have gmail address?

I've got friends/family in my gmail address book and they are under other providers such as yahoo etc.

Does this mean I cannot locate them?

there must be somthing wrong with status's being displayed then because i can only see mine as well, i have mine set as PPCGEEKS let me know if anyone can see it

I would love to join the track... but it will never locate me on my HTC Touch, anyone have any ideas or the same issue?
