PPCKitchen v1.1.x files for 28232 for the PPCk chefs out there. Yes, most phone canvases are still broken, but the stock one works great, I'm sure. I haven't tested this myself, so let me know how it goes.

what is the latest CDMA htc dialer? anyone have anything newer than Phonecanvas_3_40_35284_0? or anyone know if it is possible to make a gsm phone canvas work with cdma? i have tried, and they load, but have video calling and conference calling buttons and such.

I think "Phonecanvas_MASD_3_40_1920_2715" may be slightly newer. It's from the VZW 6.5 TP2 ROM update.

I believe the Touch Pro 2 is WVGA - so the phone canvas will likely need to be resized if you have a VGA device. I've been using a VGA-resized version of the Leo dialer by pyrorob on XDA on my CDMA Touch Pro - here is the link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=585459. It has the conference call button but everything works and is in the right place (one or two minor annoyances in landscape). I haven't tried the conference call button in use, but having pushed it accidentally a few times it doesn't break anything. Warning - this one has high memory usage (cprog.exe will hover between 8Mb and 10Mb). It also works nicely with Manila 2.1 (and he has a version for Sense 2.1 / 2.5).

PPCKitchen v1.1.x files for 23541 for the PPCk chefs out there. This was put together from Da_G's rollup, but the rollup was created differently to hopefully avoid any SOD issues. I have't had time to test this yet, but plan on moving over to it later today (I am currently on 23540 and lovin' it), so let me know if there are any issues.
