PPCKitchen files for 21874

PPCKitchen files for 21874 (a.k.a. COM2 sweetness )for the PPCK devs out there. All other notes apply. Apache users? Dunno...

The XIP rar contains XIPs for the Apache, Herman, Kaiser, Titan, Victor and Vogue. All are spinlock patched except for the Apache and Kaiser. The Apache is now LZX enabled thanks to drellisdee should you choose to use it. (If you have trouble with the Vogue XIP, use the ones from 21869 here)

Warning! If these files are used in any other kitchen other than PPCKitchen, please be sure that you fix the file attributes BEFORE or DURING cooking, otherwise problems will ensue (see FIX here). Also, removed packages are attached.

Thanks to Monkeybape for the goods! :headbang:

I can tell you that they have been working very hard on this. There is fixing to be a major update with ppck. From what I here this update is gonna be major. As for Rhodium, I don't think it will be in this update but there will be one following it for the Rhodium. I just don't know the timeline on it. There is alot of testing going on now.

Yes, as mattsm said, things are coming along nicely. No timeline is known yet. When it's done it's done, since most of us are doing this all in our spare time. The updates to PPCKitchen are gonna be awesome, I can tell you that much, and I am making it a goal to also have the Rhodium and RhodiumW support ship with that update. (Thanks to Mattsm for the help with that so far ;))

If all goes as planned and no major hitches are found, PPCKitchen will be building XIPs on the fly, NO MORE XIP PORTING NEEDED! (We have successfully tested this, even for a nuekernel Titan XIP, so so far, so good.) It will also be recmodding modules on the fly so it can support both 6.1 and 6.5 kernels with the same source files. There are some other features coming as well, a lot of them behind the scenes, but overall, it should be a WHOLE LOT easier to use and well worth the wait. (which hopefully shouldn't be too much longer ;))

For further updates, just check out the main page at http://www.ppckitchen.org/ as updates will be posted there.

Please let me know if you need any help with any aspects of this. I don't have a lot of free time, but I can take some time from ROM building and help with anything I can.

Thanks for the hard work!

NETCF 3.5 framework is cooked in with these 6.5 sys's correct? so it's not necessary to check the ppck oem for it right?

Can someone please point me in the direction of some sweet qvga 6.5.1 taskbar icons including the magnifier?

Yes 3.5 is set by default. Nothing is needed for selection.

FYI, the XIPs were all made in a new XIPKitchen, so let me know if there are any issues. Apache and Kaiser (this ones for you MAFoElffen) are not spinlock patched.

LOL!!! Thanks JooJoo!

Hey, FYI... The link in your sig for the PPCK 23504 files are linked to post #8760 instead of #8757 (where you posted them). It's been a long week for both of us...
