PPCGeeks - WM 6.5 Kitchen QVGA and VGA Developer Edition

Do you have a problem with themes since 23075 like me? Last SYS, which worked with myself made graphics (CheckBoxes, ComboBoxes, etc) was 23071. Since then I cannot use any of custom themes, and SYS looks almost like WM6.1 (except top and down bar).. I can't figure out why..

Two questions.

1 How can I change the theme by default? Change the HTC BLACK.tsk by NNNNN.tsk. I have edited the registry but nothing happens.

2 Someone can upload the fix for the time bomb of 23069?
