Glad to hear it. Sorry I missed your first post.

Hmmm, did you use ALL of the files from Da_G? (You don't need the os.nb.payload)

Yeah, odd, I can boot just fine with the the 6.1 kernel. When cooking with the same oem's it goes to preparing device for first use and stays on that for quite some time and will stay there until I tap on the screen, then it goes away and just sits on the second splash. Tryed downloading caulklin's new kitchen and replaced the kernel and it wouldn't even go past the first boot screen. LoL Meh, not sure why.

Would it be possible to remove nk.exe form the tp 6.5 xip and add it to a diamond 6.1 xip? Would this not make it a 6.5 xip then?

Did you remove all EXT and other crap from the OEM folder as well? Remove all packages EXCEPT for the ones starting with OEM from the OEM folder and don't add any EXT, see what happens. If it's still a non-booter, then your OEMDrivers may need updated?

Not possible. The nk.exe is DEVICE specific. The Diamond and the Touch Pro are different devices.

Hi All,

I have pim'd TOM on htcpedia.com, and he agreed to post the dpi for 23049. So keep an eye on that thread.

Hi mate
Don't know if this will help but there are some files in the xip that are linked to files in the OEMDrivers folder, Graphics files, have a read here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=442712 in GSM_Diamond xip these files "DDI.dll,smem.dll,MMMAP.dll,GXDMA.dll" are linked to ahi2dati.dll and i think libgles_cm.dll:scratch: plus the usual d3d?? driver files

I'v also seen in some kitchen's some of these files have been moved from XIP to OEMDrivers folder "DDI.dll,smem.dll,MMMAP.dll,GXDMA.dll" could be worth checking, there's no duplicate's in OEMDrivers and new OEMXIPKernel ?

maybe you have a 2300X-23017 build left on your PC? you could try:scratch:

The 6.5 kernel for GSM_Diamond is very good with builds upto 23017:mrgreen: But troublesome with the new GUI's of later builds causing lots of patching to OEM's
