Now that xip is great. Much thanks to dan_htc for posting. It works great on all builds. It is a bin file, so I made it into an os.nb.payload file for titan users.
I have tested it on builds 21189, 21193, 21195 and 21198, just great on them all.
Ram with camera enabled 47.30mb, camera disabled 55.50mb. This simply means more ram for titan users no matter the build.

The file below is a rom folder containing the boot.rgu and the os.nb.payload. Just replace the Rom folder in your kitchen with this, also download the kernel in dan's post quoted above and drop that in your SYS folder, cook and enjoy more ram.

don't thank me, thank no2chem, I just ported it to a new build, that's all

If i wanted to build a fake windows 7 build it would be easy.

Did you know that windows 7 will be based on 22xxx? did you know it will be based on CE 6.0, not 5.2.

Even the alpha build right now of windows 7 are a compelte makeover of 6.x.

Microsoft has 2 different teams working on windows 7 right now, and another team working on 6.5. They will not look the same. One team is doing all of the graphics and everything. The other team is doing the Core OS. It will be different. From what i have seen about windows 7, is it will be very great, very finger friendly, and no, it will not be leaked out for at least 6 months.

It will be fun to see how dsm dependency turn out. The one thing you can not patch in the dsm, and if you delete them, then it obvious to. All packages to one, still leaved one dsm to look at.

Guys, this is bull****. I know I'm not to be taken too seriously around here yet since I've not put much time in, but all this "Trust me, I'm VIP" crap in conjunction with "we've got WM7" is spam at best and I'm trying to follow this thread to eventually get out a nice 6.5 ROM AND contribute what I can in the meantime.

Don't be ****s by throwing that crap in here. Go make a new thread, or clam up (as VIPs should) until there's something to release.

For those who still have their hopes up, even after reading ConFlippers previous post, a screenshot, or even videos are worthless as "proof" of anything. Even a SYS could be released which would be hard to identify as false to the majority of us.

My "opinion" (based on common sense and logic) is that we will know WM7 when we see an new UI that clearly isn't just a bunch of skins and apps people have thrown together.

If feel me here, show me some thanks. If you disagree, please don't spam up this thread further, PM me instead. I'm all for discussing productive issues and opinions.

have you tried other backup solutions like ppcpimbackup? I never really like spb's backup's, found they caused more issues than they solved

So whatever the verdict is on the whole WM7 alpha thing can we get past it and back to working on 6.5?
