can anybody make a bootable rom using the latest sys and xip files for us people who dont know how to do one? im still learning! sorry

Would be helpful to know for what type of phone...

I'm uploading a test ROM I built for a Sprint CDMA Diamond... not sure how well it works, it's only my 3rd build with 21193...

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=EGAE3A3N

It's 21193 - built using Da_G's test 2 Sys in Calkulin's kitchen
28mb Pagepool
UC Autorun
HD Manila
etc, etc.

I don't consider myself a ROM Chef, I use the tools that Calkulin, Conflipper, Ervius, and others provide for us. I build ROMs only for myself... so, if this breaks your phone, I'm not taking responsibility.

Im curious in flashing this to a friends phone but wanted to ask if you are having any major issues or bugs in general and the Speed of titanium and the honeycomb would also help.
