I just like taking a picture, and having it auto-tagged ;)

I currently have both footprints, and GPSToday...

At first, I thought footprints was going to tag my pictures--but I soon realized I had to make little post-cards... they aren't pictures at all... custom files...

I lost interest real quick, because I'd rather be able to take the pictures over to flikr, photobucket, etc...

Still a fun little gimmick though...

That is very true! But I still want footprints :-D but trust me the GPSToday won't be going anywhere from my phone anytime soon ;)

I installed this on my Touch Pro (stock Sprint firmware), and when I click on Menu>New, nothing happens. Is the camera supposed to start up, or what?

Waking up this thread.....I saw a video of HTC demonstrating the tp2 months back and it had footprints. I was very dissappointed to find its not on the Sprint tp2. Has anyone found a .working cab for this yet?

Bump...anything? Foot-prints or geo-tagging?

They might have done away with it because it slows down the picture-taking process. If you don't already have a GPS connection, it would wait until it locked, save the picture, then allow you to take another. It was probably one of those things that looked great on paper, but sucked because HTC made it.

no offense to anyone here, but I could not stand footprints... slowed the process down BIG TIME, and saved the pictures in a proprietary format... GPSToday would tag normal jpegs in a much more reliable manner.

Although now I've got the Pre, so I'm squared-away
