collection of freeware sites

hey guys,, looking for freeware sites out there for windows mobile, only one i know about that i currently use is freewarepocketpc.net but does not have what im looking for at the moment!
looking to learn Portuguese, so any app, or addon that could help me or possibly anyone for that or any matter "for free" please post..
this can be a great place to make a collection of freeware sites and make it available to all of us who are not to familiar with all those great sites out there. thanx in advance
