Universal remote control app

Is the touch pro capable of running a universal control app like the one below?
It does have an IR transmitter correct?

Via Bluetooth. Accept all incoming beams means bluetooth transfers in this case...

Wow, one real use for the IR. It'd be nice if more home audio/video equipment had bluetooth built in. We'd see a lot more of these all-in-one remotes for our phones. Lord knows I'd pony up the cash for a good piece of software if I could use my phone and not 4 different remotes.

Some stuff does... Look for equipment with AVR CP support...
