It was done about 2 minutes after I found this... :)
How silly of me not sharing...

OEM_QuickMenu_2_8_410_w6

Made a few preference changes for myself and location of install. Set it up and export [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\AlenSoft\QuickMenu]. Replace those contents within the RGU and your set!

I'm using an HTC Touch Pro WM6.1, and the .cab installer didn't work for me, the menu was miniaturized and unable to use but 2.7 worked impeccably so I tried the .zip files and they work just fine. So anyone using .cab that cant get it to work, revert to using the .zip it should work just fine that way.

The .cab install if I remember right doesn't place....well you have to kick-startit so it creates a \windows\startup\quickmenu.lnk entry. Navigate to \program files\ta\quickmenu??? and double click quickmenu.exe. It should now work and now there is that entry that starts it up.
