Can't remove RealOne Player

I installed the Real Player freeware from freewarepocketpc.net on my HTC Touch Pro. The player doesn't work for me so I tried uninstalling it, but neither the windows uninstaller or SKTools can get rid of it.

I wouldn't mind just leaving it alone, except that Opera now defaults to Real Player instead of Windows Media.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this program? Or is there a way to change the default media player?

Thanks.

Re: Can't remove RealOne Player

When I try and remove it using Remove Programs under Settings I just get a message saying that the program could not be completely removed.

When I try removing it with SKTools (still under trial--if that makes a difference) I get the message "Processed: 1", but the program is still there (and runs).

When I try and remove it with Windows Mobile Device Center (Active Sync) I get no message, but RealOne Player doesn't go away...

If I just delete the windows folder, isn't that just going to cause Opera to error when it tries playing media? Is there a way to edit the registry or something so it uses Windows Media Player instead?

Re: Can't remove RealOne Player

Have you tried a soft reset after the uninstall?
