If you're upgrading from PI8 it's $10USD, unless you purchased PI8 after Aug 01 2009.

Major Upgrades
We always provide free upgrades for our software through sub-point upgrades. This means that version 9.1 will be a free upgrade from 9.00. Major version upgrades such as 5.x to 6.x incur a $10 USD charge. We also provide free upgrades from one major point release to the next if you have purchased since August 1st 2009.
