PHM regedit

I have tried to install on Touch Pro using download with active sync, but it only installs on PC and not TP, what am I missing? I looked thru PC and has setup CE in PHM regedit program.

select Pocket PC 2002,2003 (arm, pxa)

That'll download the .cab for you and you can just activesync the cab over to your device and install it that way. much easier
