Another question I have is :
under the Weather Panel Settings> Display the Theme and Layout only have the Default options.. according to the directions i should see the other options that i downloaded in there correct?

That's correct. Start with a soft reset. You then might try unistalling and then reinstalling the themes .cab. Are you installing the themes to the device memory or storage card.

im installing them to the device ill try to remove them all and start over

Do that...then search program files/marsware and see if they installed correctly.

aight cool it worked.. only thing im missing now is how to download the camera for traffic but i guess its no biggie... its saying no images found even when i put in for Los Angels too ... any thoughts on that ?

For any image all you need to do is select your city from the WP settings window and click on "Edit". From there click on "Weather Images". From the next window click on "Add New". From the next window name your image (e.g., home, etc.) and type in the url of the image.

You should be good to go. Then make sure you exit out and then refresh WP.

So I had to do a little fitting to get it onto my Mogul with HTC Home without sidebars, but it's now on there and I really like it.

My only question is about the moon phases. Has this been fixed? Apparently the moon is 7209071% tonight, and that seems a bit high for some reason. I searched around, but last I saw, the only fix no longer worked? Is this true?
