manilla2d IM IN OVER HEAD HERE!

Alright I guess i got over my head with this stuff..... I really just would like to understand what has happened to my phone, heres the deal: I have xv6900 from veriozn and I installed manilla 2d with a few other cabs to use with it to make manila better. I wanted to uninstall it so i could have the latest version.....I cant seem to uninstall it correctly even though i used the remove progams on the phone it says it uninstalled but its still there......so i didnt know how else to uninstall but to do a hard reset , so I did and the phone is back to stock right? but now I cant call any1 or use internet.I called customer service and there gonna send me a new 1 . SO just wondering what did i do wrong ..... I really want to have manilla on the replacement but i dont wanna screw it all up.I called customer service and they had me reprogram the phone but they told me that they couldnt seem to fix it so thell send a replacment. OK Sorry for the long post ....Thanks!
