Sorry if it's already being covered. Do we need to install all cabs in device or we can install on Storage card? Since I installed cert.cab on device and rest of them on storage card and when I rebooted and trying to click "Click to Launch Bell UI" nothing happens.

Edit: Did some research at XDA and I guess this version is for VGA devices only and since I am trying on my TOUCH (being QVGA), could be the problem.
