Someone answer a super easy and quick question?

There is a program I saw when I was browsing, but was at work and couldn't get it. Of course I didn't write the name down and now I can't find it. It was for TF3D and used the left soft key to open up a quick launch type thing. Basically, when you hit the soft key you could start a new email message, new text, etc, but what I really wanted it for was turning Wifi on and off quickly. Does anyone know what prog. I am talking about or know of a quick way to turn off Wifi in TF3D? Thanks!
