I keep typing the softwarestore.sprint.com/wap but my broswer keeps saying page can not be found. I even tried it in skyfire and still nothing.

Try this http://tinyurl.com/6jj2gv , I pulled that from my mogul.

Even got it to work on my pc.

I can't run the configuration app either because it tells me my memory is running too low. Soft reset, quit all progs, nada...

I just downloaded it for the first time, installed, soft-reset... All I keep getting no matter how I try to enter the app is a low memory error... Tried soft-reset, tried opening config... nothing works... Anyone figure out how to fix this problem?

Call back and make sure they have the powervision pack that includes picturemail and also make sure you've gone to sprint.com to set up a picturemail account.

For those who have memory issues which was annoying the heck out of me, try disabling all today plugins, i repeat ALL today plugins, and soft reset, try and send a pic to someone , then go to program files "configure picture mail" just to double check and then enable your today plugins once its working ...... i only had the regular htc home and that was the culprit.... the only feature that i feel is missing is having a dedicated "Picture Mail" section under messaging to only see MMS messages, like how T-mobile & At&t have "MMS" for the Tilt/Wing

I have a HTC Touch and am running the WinPM.cab file via the sprint site and it works like a champ. Myspace and MMS. http://softwarestore.sprint.com/wap/phones.php

Anyone else experiencing faster than normal battery discharge? Me and coworker both had our Mogul discharging at twice the normal rate after installing PictureMail cab.

I haven't noticed any accelerated discharge on my 800w. You should try acbPower Meter on both phones, one with picmail and one without and see if there is a difference in battery life.

Have you had any problems using both? I want to keep both for the same reason you stated, but I don't want to make them conflict each other, or cause my phone to crash.

Sprint Picture Mail works fine, but then my phone goes into sleep mode and when I wake it up, the "START" in the top left says "PICTU...", the taskmanager icon in the top right is an "ok" box, and the softkey labels on the bottom of the screen are not visable.

Clicking "PICTU..." opens up the start menu, clicking on the "ok" box doesn't do anything, and I can access the softkeys by pressing the actual buttons but not the touch screen. I have to click on the start menu, select "Today" and it goes back to normal except for the softkeys... I gotta play around with the menus a few times to get them to reappear.

Any ideas on what program might be conflicting with it?

Currently loaded onto the today screen:
Pocket Digital Clock
Spb Phone Suite
NueMinutes
ProgramLauncher

I still get the same problem when I disable all of the above, and I've soft reset the phone several times, and uninstalled/reinstalled Picmail atleast 3 times.

I have the exact same problem, I just close it from the task manager screen and thats it.
