Scroll with volume buttons???

There was a handy program I used with Palm OS that would let the volume buttons scroll when using any non-volume related program. Is anything like this around?

AE Button Plus.

Freeware and lets you reprogram many of the buttons on the phone such as volume keys, soft keys, send/end keys, etc.

Volume keys can be set to scroll up and down, but adjust volume when on the today screen, or when the phone is active. Most media players use up and down to adjust the volume by default anyways so you're covered there as well.
