There is a sensor inside the iPhone that detects the movement of the phone. The Touch does not have this sensor but the Touch Diamond has it. Without the sensor there is no way to write a program to make the Touch rotate with movement.

Guess the next best thing would be to assign the "rotate screen" function to a hard button (if you have any on the touch). Not as cool as the diamond, but gets the job done

On my Touch I assigned it to the camera button and changed the camera to the long keypress. That worked good for me. I rotated the screen more often than I used the camera.

There is a app. that uses the camera to detect rotation I'v seen it on youtube, guy was using a touch.
