remotely access your desktop from mogul

does any body know how to access your pc from your ppc mogul.

i have been searching but no luck

would really appriciate if anyone could post a cab or a zip for any program that would help me do this.

Run a search here in the Software Forum on the term "desktop". You'll come up with about 10 pages worth of hits. Sift through to find the appropriate threads.

This will also allow you to peruse all of the files on your computer if you're not looking to interact with the PC (ie Open programs, etc).

if you have internet on your mogul and your home pc (pc you want to remote into) u should try logmein free it works great. You can use it wherever your mogul has an internet connection. + it allows you to change the resolution on your host computer to match up with the mogul or just scale your desktop to fit. Its great for times you need a full browser on your mogul. I just login to my desktop and fire up Firefox and browse away.

Only thing the free version does not have is audio support so you cant use it to listen to your desktop's audio (i.e. no remote sound)

If i want to listen to my pc's mp3 collection or stream a movie from my pc to my mogul I just use Orb 2.0. Orb is great it even allows you to controll your tv tuner or watch your recordings you have on your pc, or watch live tv if you have a tuner. It is also free.

The best part I like about Orb is it allows you to watch what your webcam can see live fullscreen on your Mogul with sound. Great for seing whos on your pc or if you want to check in on the house while away from home.

yeah i think orb is pretty easy n simple way to go..but then again log me in is also good in its place....but i jus recently downloaded WM6_RDP so lets c how that goes....keep u guys updated...
