Using A Different Media Player in my Today Screen

Is there a way to have a media player other than WMPlayer or Audio Manager work as a plug in on my TODAY Screen. I hav an HTC Touch, Windows Mobile 6.0, and I am using Ultimate Launch (Amoung Others). I have th Home Customizer but it only gives me the above mentioned two (2) choices. I currently have MortPlayer installed and love it but I would like it to be the (Today Plugin) player for my music. .... Also I have the "Calendar" option as a today plug in but when I use Ultimate Launcher to add this plug in it is not there as a choice. Any way I could get this to happen?

PS I know the VISTA Cube is old news but for anyone interested ... I have transformed all the available icons developed by Polen into Ultimate Launch Icons XP style (64,48,32,24). Just may need some help on how to post it on here as a ZIP file for anyone who wants it.
