Use Phone As Modem Software

Anyone know of any software that will allow you to use your phone as a modem for a laptop. I have a Windows Mobile phone Samsung SCH-I760 with verizon, who doesn't allow their phones to come with the WM software that allows you to do this. Verizon charges like $15/month for the service....any ideas?
