Does leaving Skyfire on make your diamond warm? Battery drain?

Long story short, my phone is on 40 mins after charge and it now says 80% battery and warm to the touch.

I turned on my phone at 8am after charging overnight. Around 8:20 I turned on Skyfire and played a youtube clip (Youtube didn't show any vids for some reason). After a couple of mins watching a clip, I turned off the screen through power button. Skyfire was running at the time.

It's 8:40 and my battery has 80% juice left....

After typing this, I'll leave it on to see if it drains it in an hour or two.
