I don't mean to put you down or anything but wasn't this already done before....the APACHE is an htc phone and I'm pretty sure 2d worked before

thanks your cab fix worked and its goin smooth but I used PPCkitchen files wich I am and not able to set weather so going to try the cab install which is prob better.

EDIT: I am surprised how good it is actually working on 6700, really fast!

EDIt: definitly looks like more files needed are in the manila2D cab.

EDIT: with most cabfiles installed from instructions, it left me with little ram(6meg) and some slowdowns, so I recommend cooking most files into rom.

2D always worked fine on the Apache... Now MANILA, on the other hand, might not have.

I made an OEM 4 it :)

EDIT: just the fix, not the manilla files..

Using another manilla theme saved me about 6megs and made it usable for me.

Using either kitchen or cab files had same effect for me. Performance depended on memory available so I went kitchen route.
