I don't mean to put you down or anything but wasn't this already done before....the APACHE is an htc phone and I'm pretty sure 2d worked before

2D always worked fine on the Apache... Now MANILA, on the other hand, might not have.

I made an OEM 4 it :)
EDIT: just the fix, not the manilla files.. Using another manilla theme saved me about 6megs and made it usable for me. Using either kitchen or cab files had same effect for me. Performance depended on memory available so I went kitchen route.
